OUR POLICIES
- Check-in time is from 3 P.M. Check-out time is 11 A.M.
- One-night's deposit is required on most reservations.
- We have a 2 week cancellation policy.
- Two night's minimum stay is required on all weekends during peak season.
- A three-night minimum stay is required during most holidays.
- A fourteen day cancellation notice is required for the deposit to be refunded.
- Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Card and American Express accepted.
- Personal checks are accepted for deposits only.
- All rooms and common areas in the Greene Mountain View Inn are non-smoking. No Pets.
- Children 10 and older are $25 extra. Children under 10 the first 2 are free.

Any discounts?
We do not accept any membership discounts at this time.
Alcohol?
We currently are applying for a wine & beer license. Bring your own for now and enjoy our fireplace lounge and game room
Breakfast Hours?
Ski Season, Daily: 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
Other Seasons, Daily: 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Cell Phones?
Some cell phones do not receive signals due to our mountain location. Nextel, U.S. Cellular, AT&T, Cingular customers may receive some reception.

Front Desk Hours?
Front desk hours are 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 p.m. daily.
Contacting In-House Guests?
Onsite guests are accessible by calling their room phone. You will have a 3-digit extension number for your room. Please give this number to your family and friends after you've checked into your room. In the event a family member or a friend needs to contact you during your stay at the inn, please have them call (518) 589-5644 followed by the 3-digit extension number.
Gratuities?
Gratuities are not included in the room rates and are left to your discretion. You may leave gratuities in the breakfast room or housekeeping gratuities in your guestroom.
Internet Access?
The inn has Wi-Fi connections in all rooms and common areas.
Items left at the inn?
Check your room carefully for belongings before checking out. Forgotten items will only be mailed back if you call within 2 weeks of your departure date. Their postage will be charged to the credit card number on file with a $5 minimum fee.
Parking?
The inn's parking lot provides ample free parking at the front and rear of the building.
Weddings, Group Events, Celebrations?
